Kent Hepler, our founder, believes that many great businesses struggle needlessly due to inefficiencies and lack of structure. These businesses are full of hard-working people working on great business ideas — but results are elusive.

Kent brings 25 years of leadership experience in the public and private sector. He was a Navy helicopter pilot and continues to serve in an executive leadership role. In addition to a bachelor degree from the U.S. Naval Academy, Kent holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and a Master, International Public Policy (MIPP) from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).

Kent’s goal is to help entrepreneurs make their visions a reality by providing sound, impactful business and leadership advice.
